My order never arrived, although apparently shipped to me and charged on my bank account ( order paid 21/02/22, I still waiting for the order on the 01/03/22. When I contacted the company the are proceeding to send me a new order and then I have to print , post and send the older one to them if eventually received.What I mean, I little bit too much work. Tracking them, keeping an eye on emails, contacting them when I feel this should be done by the company. This is my first experience . I hope the company respond better some another time or in the future.
