“Really good selection of products, the fact they have organic products is what keeps me buying from them. The downside for me is the cost of delivery - it's around £5.95 for a 100g bag of tea and it costs almost the same to get it sent - that's what puts me off and is confusing as there are much cheaper delivery options they could use. If I found a suitable alternative I would have to switch.”

“I love the tea from UK Loose Leaf Tea Company! I'm a big fan of builder's tea in a mug with milk - I like making my own blends up from their Ceylon and Assam teas, but their own Builder's No2 blend is good if you don't want to do that. Their green teas are good too! I like the fact that you can buy smaller sample packs before committing to a larger size. I would recommend highly!”
