I had to exchange an order for the smaller sugar crystals as I had ordered the large crystals by mistake. They did this without any fuss and without a charge for postage on the replacement order, which was very impressive.”

Reasons? Price is competitive, service and delivery is excellent but most of all the tea’s great. We usually repeat our order and add a small pouch of something new each time to try it. We added a spiced winter tea to our last order.
