“I've always been a fan of this company. The quality of the product is excellent, but customer service have recently let me down. I called them because I realised I sent my order to the wrong address and the attendant said some pretty rude words to me before putting the phone down (he wanted me to hear it I guess). In fairness, I sent a complaint and got a refund of the order and an apology. But I really didn't enjoy being called a 'silly fuckwith' by the customer service attendant. Perhaps, the fact that I was 39 weeks pregnant didn't help. So just make sure you don't make mistakes and you should enjoy the quality of their products and the commitment to reduce plastic.”
“I found the website very user unfriendly where you select the size. I ended up ordering a sample size for only 90p less than a pack with 3 times as much in. There was nothing obvious to prompt this as an option. I should have taken more time I guess to look/
The tea - fruit one was nice, but really nothing different to a Twinnings one. I was expecting a lot more.”
“The service was good, but I was really disappointed with the two samples of tea I received (Queen's and Builders 2). I brewed them jiust as per instructions, and neither had any flavour at all. I drink lose tea all the time and was really surprised at the lack of any real flavour. Based on this, I wouldn't recommend the company.”
Hi Moira, we are sorry to read your review, this was your second order and we had not heard anything from you? May we ask which loose leaf tea you are drinking now and comparing ours against so we could send samples of our nearest alternative for you to try?
