I've always been a fan of this company. The quality of the product is excellent, but customer service have recently let me down. I called them because I realised I sent my order to the wrong address and the attendant said some pretty rude words to me before putting the phone down (he wanted me to hear it I guess). In fairness, I sent a complaint and got a refund of the order and an apology. But I really didn't enjoy being called a 'silly fuckwith' by the customer service attendant. Perhaps, the fact that I was 39 weeks pregnant didn't help. So just make sure you don't make mistakes and you should enjoy the quality of their products and the commitment to reduce plastic.
