To begin with, I really appreciate that the Smoky Russian Caravan Tea is available as an organic tea and the quality of the tea is excellent (I'm quite fussy when it comes to loose tea).
I was also impressed by the completely plastic-free wrapping (the sturdy paper bag that tea was in can be re-used for other stuff - added bonus).
And like many people living in the Highlands of Scotland, I am used to having to pay extra for any orders - again, not the case here.
