“Initially very helpful and sorted out out Mortgage Offer without any problems. The same company were also sourcing finance for our buyer however and poor communication between branches and the estate agents who host them meant that deadlines were missed and our offer had to be extended. This added about 4 weeks to a stressful process. Communication wasn’t great with us later in the process either. A number of emails I sent with queries were just not responded to at all and in the end I had to chase the mortgage provider myself.”

“Always extremely helpful and never let us down getting a mortgage/remortgage. Takes all the complication out of trying to do it yourself - well worth paying The Mortgage Company to sort it for you. They even helped us with changing the name on our mortgage, which we thought was going to be a really complicated legal process. Will always highly recommend their services.”

“I can't recommend Steve & Beth enough. They have been incredibly fast and responsive throughout the process, and very patient with answering our questions. We were nervous applying for a mortgage as my partner isn't a UK citizen, but Steven & Beth were experts on what mortgages to apply for and what documentation we'd need. Overall a great quality & speedy service.”
