“The Mortgage Company are amazing and more than exceeded my expectations. Always available and willing to answer any question and help you completely to understand what is a very complex process. James and Jane's services were worth 10x what we paid, could not have done it without them. Cannot recommend highly enough.”

“The Mortgage Company were really helpful at explaining the house buying process and being on hand to answer questions. Things came up which meant my mortgage application didn't go as smoothly as hoped, but Matt was really reassuring in explaining the situation and showing what my options were. I would definitely recommend them.”

“We originally had issues finding lenders that would accept our application due to my visa status (spouse visa). However, after working with Gill, we were able to get our mortgage application approved and are currently in the process of purchasing our first home. Gill was quick at answering all of our questions and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. If you are looking for a reliable and efficient broker, we highly recommend Gill and The Mortgage Company.”

“James was excellent at explaining how we could obtain a mortgage to purchase our new home. My partner and I hadn't had a mortgage for over 5 years and it was at least 15 years since we last tried to get one. We spoke to James twice. No question was too silly for us to ask James. He gave us lots of options to choose from. His assistant Jane dealt with all the follow up paperwork and was great at telling me excatly what paperwork I needed to print off from the HMRC government website for Self Employment. Without both James and Janes support the process of getting a mortgage would have been more difficult. We would use them again.”
