“They found us the best mortgage deal available in the market at the time. Whilst the lender was very slow in their responses throughout the process, Steve and Beth did an great job in providing them the required information in an efficient and thorough way. Towards the end, the lender started becoming unreasonably difficult (possibly due to the rising interest rate environment) but Steve was able to fight on our behalf to get the deal across the line.”
