“Matt, Bethany and Tara were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble from beginning to end. My partner and I had an initial phonecall with Matt, gave him all the relevant info and from there chose our mortgage and also our life insurance at a later date. Everyone we dealt with was professional, helpful and informative. Fantastic service.”

“5-6 years ago after seeing 10-15 mortgage advisors i have meet James (The Morgage Company) he has helped me with my 2 house and currently helping with 3. I have nothing else to say. James, Jane , Ellie thank you!”

“Our mortgage adviser (Matt) was great and really helped us understand the process as first time buyers. Matt explained everything very well and answered all our questions, no matter how stupid. He got back to us very quickly when this was needed on making offers. The team also sorted our home insurance very efficiently. Would recommend for first time buyers.”

“The Mortgage Company are so customer focused, sensitive and supportive. They always make me feel at ease and answer all my questions- regardless of how stupid I think they are! Tom is kind but also realistic. He translates the jargon of the financial world into language which is relevant to me and my family. I will always use them. They make stressful life necessities into effortless easy events.”

“The mortgage company have been fantastic in supporting us buy our first home. They have answered all our questions and made everything as clear as possible. This was very important to me and my partner as it helped us feel more confident as we went through the process. All the staff members we dealt with gave us valuable and honest advice based on our situation and were able to advise us accordingly!”

“I can’t fault this company at all. Friendly, polite staff who go out of their way to help. James, Jane and Ellie were absolute stars. We had some curve balls thrown at us through no fault of theirs and they handled it and put me at ease like such professionals. My partner and I between us have used them three times and have always been completely satisfied. Thank you for your help, guys!”

“Tim and Tara have been absolute stars. They helped us navigate our way through a very complicated self build mortgage and then re-mortgage. The process was fraught with difficulties and not the easiest circumstances to work in but they were super helpful, responsive and always kept in touch at every stage. They were almost as invested as us and I felt they really did care. Would recommend for sure.”

“Tom and Tara at the stapleford branch were absolutely ace. Tom managed to sort out a mortgage for a lot more than we were initially told by our bank. Very quick and easy to put in place. Excellent communication throughout the process. They were also able to sort out our personal life insurance. Would highly recommend them.”
