“Very pleased with the service. Despite the very high mortgage interest rates nowadays, Gill Fuller, the mortgage broker, was able to fine me a mortgage with an affordable interest. She is very knowledgeable of the market. Completion took place successfully. I am one happy BTL owner!”

“James at The mortgage company had been recommended by a family member. It has taken much longer than we expected to find a house and complete so multiple agreements and mortgage meetings were required. James was exceptional, always responsive to emails and just fantastic at explaining everything we needed him to. The rest of the team were also friendly and contactable so thank you all!”

“Got us a good mortgage deal, but that was it. Was told they would look into life and income insurance as well as critical illness as from the original company we intended to use rejected us. Never heard anything back from them about this afterwards. Would often send emails to both the mortgage company and estate agents chasing things and they would normally just forward my email on to the same estate agent again, despite their office being in the estate agents 🙄 Probably can get a better service elsewhere and wouldn't recommend, especially for the price”
