Part of my order arrived damaged and the Lighting Company are not communicating with me to arrange my return refund despite many calls. I'm dissatisfied and disappointed with the service. Only part of my order was damaged but I'm so unsatisfied that I will be returning the whole thing for refund.
My order also did not arrive when it said it would, it had been marked as dispatched when it wasn't which caused a delay.
I've had no responses to any emails I sent.
