“Good service and a good quality product I purchased. I did not need to return my item, but the only reservation would be this clause: “Returning your order will be at your expense”. Many other stores offer free returns.”
“Pleased with the lampshades they are lovely.Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size as they looked bigger on the photos which is my fault.I did ring up and asked if we could return for the next size up and as we had taken the cellophane off was told no.I asked if we could put the cellophane back on and I am still waiting for the reply.As it is a lighting centre I would have thought that the cellophane wouldn't have been a big issue.I take full responsibility for ordering the wrong size but I think customer service is not the best.A reply would be nice as there products are very good Mr Turner midlands.”

The item eventually delivered was not the item purchased and despite the company agreeing to collect the item and give a refund they have done neither. I have sent many emails which they ignore and have had to take legal action against them. I would avoid this company like the plague.”
“I love this lamp, it looks lovely and matches my main lights so well. Once we’d had worked out how to put all together it didn’t take too long, at first to see everything in packs it was a bit daunting but once we’d read the instructions it was great and very satisfying to see it going together and then how lovely it looked. Only thing I wish I’d done was order the bulbs at the same time as I had to wait to use it as couldn’t get them straight away. Very, very happy with purchase and happy with the delivery, prompt and delivered when informed of date and time, all wrapped safely, many thanks”

“Very impressed with this Blade-less ceiling fan. We bought 3 others from a different company but these are not performing as well as this one. It looks great, love the light settings, the fan is quiet so great for the bedroom where we are using it. The app is also a bonus. Service and speedy delivery was excellent.
