“I purchased my electric fire at a fantastic price with fast delivery and a friendly helpful delivery driver who kindly put the fire in my garage at the side of the house. Can’t comment on the fire yet as it has not been fitted. I’m excited to see it in place as a part of my new media wall :)”

“We LOVE our fire! It looks stylish and I love the fact that the coals and logs are moveable, so you can create your own unique pattern. Both when the fire is on and off it looks fabulous. What I was most impressed with though was the company's customer service. Our pebbles were missing and within less than a week replacements arrived. They could not do enough for us and were very helpful when deciding which Flametec fire to choose that would be best for our fireplace and our needs. CAn't fault this company or the product and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others. Thank you the Fireplace Company. Old fashioned customer-led service is so appreciated:-)”
