“The staff were very patient and helpful from start to finish as I struggled to decide on which fire to purchase, eventually I decided on the e reflex 135rw and I'm so glad I did as this is a stunning fire. I'm now looking for a fire for another room so I will be back to order again!!!!”

“I recently had the pleasure of purchasing an electric fire from this company, and I must say, the experience exceeded all my expectations. “I’m disappointed I ordered a fireplace thinking the fire logs and stones would be behind the glass but this wasn’t the case Now I can’t return because we’ve gone up so much effort building the frame and plastered it all Just thinking of how this is not child friendly or even his I’m going to keep it dust free”

“We ordered the Gazco eReflex 150RW with the free mood light for our new media wall set up. The fire was delivered and arrived as per the instructions. The fire was well protected and deliver safely by the courier. We are really pleased with fire and the service received.”

“Ordered on a Sunday fire arrived on the Tuesday as I paid extra for fast delivery. The fire was packed in double card board so no chance of any damage to the fire and the delivery driver was really helpful and the fire looks great so really pleased”
