“I purchased an electric inset fire on line and when discussing the purchase with one of the members of staff, she went above and beyond to resolve a problem I had regarding the measurements of the fire. She dealt with the matter very quickly and and was really efficient.”

“Thank you for excellent service. The 2 Ladies I spoke with on the phone were very helpful, I ordered our log burner on a Friday & received it the following Tuesday, the delivery guy was also very accommodating. Would recommend The Fireplace Company 100%. Thank you Dee”

“A lovely product, the traditional fireplace with a modern, minimalist twist. And though it took a while to come into stock, staff kept me informed and offered a refund if I was not happy with the wait. Which I was and it was worth it. Excellent customer service.”
