“Very easy to do business with. When part of a delivery went astray I telephoned the company and a replacement was imediately dispatched which I received a few days later. Good customer service.”

“Exactly as it looked online and exactly how we wanted it to be. It's sturdy, really good fire effect which adds to our room even if the heater is off. Heating on low is enough to just add warmth to room. Excellent delivery.”
