“Before I placed my order, I called up the store and they were so helpful providing advice on delivery and models. They gave me a lot of confidence to purchase the product as I normally avoid buying online and prefer to go in store. I'd definitely recommend !”

“We Purchased the Gazco Radiance 85R Inset Electric Fire online, but also called to request a next-day delivery as we couldn't finish our TV wall until this was delivered- as promised by the extremely helpful man on the other end of the phone, the courier knocked on the door the next morning. The fire was easy to fit and just plugged into a 13amp socket so no extra wiring was required, the only thing that we noticed when we had the fire on was that the fan was slightly nosier than what we had expected, this we don't even notice now after having the fire for just over two weeks- the fire looks great and kicks out more than enough heat for our lounge, some evenings we have the fire on without the heat as it looks that good. I highly recommend The Fireplace Company and will be using them again at some point.”
