“Unfortunately I had to return this rug back to The Rugs as it stated the colour was Beige on the website but when it arrived it was more like an off White colour and did not match my requirements. In their favour I would like to add that the return policy is excellent as it was free return and the refund was made once the item had been received by them without any further hassle. Would use them again but would have to find some way to ensure I got the correct colour match!”

“Hi I do like my rug but there is one area that is so thin than the rest of the rug nearly no fibre or carpet at all was a little disappointed so I hide that area , I will still be buying another one perhaps check it before sending it ,but love the pattern, I will buy another next month for my bed room ,”

“correspondence and speed of service was excellent but the size of the rug was less than advertised. 3/4 cm shorter and smaller. it was not 120x170 rather 116x 167”
