“I wouldn't know as the delivery company dx failed to deliver my rug, i wish I had it as I was looking forward to recieving it. They said they had delivered it but I suggest they left it outside instead of with a neighbour. I requested it to be delivered on a set day but they apparently delivered a day earlier saying I recieved it when in fact I hadn't as noone was home and still waiting on an outcome. The rugs company have been OK prior to sending out my delivery but a bit slow on responding when I have said I haven't recieved the item.”

“Took time getting to me wasn’t informed of change of delivery time, driver lied saying he left card! No, Rug itself is ok”

“Well I almost didn’t order because I emailed to get clarification on what rugs could be put on spin cycle and they sent a list of ones that can only be washed not spun, so basically it’s going to be a dripping rug or a risky spin”

“I’ve received my rugs and they are beautiful however I ordered one which was too small so I ordered a bigger one. I have been trying to return the smaller one but can’t seem to get any response to arrange a collection. It’s been over a week - I would appreciate if someone can assist asap as I do want a refund for that small rug”

“Good for the price but I needed something stronger for a heavy traffic area so sent back”

“I love the rug, it’s absolutely perfect! The delivery service not so much, they didn’t deliver to my address and just left it with a neighbour and signed (the delivery driver) for it on my behalf. I stayed in to receive the order and followed them on the web platform, getting closer to me. On all the records they recorded it as being delivered to my house and that I signed for it! I left the delivery 50 yards of my house and made absolutely no attempt to ring my door bell and actually deliver my rug to the correct house. I would love to get another rug, but I am nervous of the same problem happening again. After many calls, I reached the depo and they managed to give me the gps point of delivery.”

“We are generally pleased with the look and the colour pattern. However, despite rolling opposite to how it was delivered, the folds remain stubbornly rather than flattening as we hoped. Maybe we need to be more patient!”

“Fast delivery and a good price unfortunately the rug was wrapped in a tight plastic sleeve and a corner of the rug had doubled back on itself during wrapping so still trying to get it flat after a week or more after laying it on the floor”

“Good delivery but they have sent me the wrong colour rug! It has been packaged wrongly and says it’s the colour I’ve ordered but it’s blue-not brown. Contacted customer service and I’m hoping they can sort it out. It’s just frustrating as it hasn’t been a smooth transaction.”

“The rug looks good, it took some time for it to settle and it does like to move so we fixed it with carpet tape, since then we have noticed the shape has changed slightly so we have added more tape to keep it rectangle.”
