“I am pleased with my rug except a few issues with the ending of the rug.Some if the tabs have been Down in and some are coming unthreaded”

“Hi. I purchased three rugs from you for outdoor patio use. Whereas i am pleased with the general quality of the rugs and the speed of service, i have found that the rugs are not holding a flat shape and severely curl along the edges. This creates a dangerous trip hazard. I have had to lay the rugs back-side up in order to try to alleviate the curling issue but of course i then cannot see and appreciate the rug pattern. Do you have any advice or comment?”

“I Loved the look of this rug and bought it specifically to go with our new patio furniture, located in a gazebo.It looks gorgeous, however it’s not really suitable for outside use as advertised.I thought it maybe a bit water repellent but instead it absorbs moisture and just sits in the rug even in a light shower .So had to be dried out in the sun. So if there is rain forecast …bring in the rug!”

“I like the concept of the rug it is a great size , great material but the print doesn’t look the best or exactly like the picture . I wish the gold bit was a block colour and not a bobbly one . I’m not saying the rest of the prints are not great , I’m just disappointed in this one.”

“I still don’t have my rug. DX delivery said they tried twice to deliver but they didn’t as I did not leave my house for 3 days waiting for it. I surmise they are trying to deliver to the wrong address or not at all. And I am unable to call them to check as their number allows only automated answers then cuts you off. Hopefully I’ll get my money back and buy elsewhere with a reliable delivery service. Which is a shame as I really like the rug I ordered. - UPDATED REVIEW - My rug has been delivered and is a fantastic rug and the problem was sorted quickly by the company thanks.”
