“True to colour, looks exactly like the website... BUT... when I received it the rug was hard and when I layed it on the floor and it was more hard to walk on than my flooring. The description stated that it was a ‘soft luxurious rug’ and so did the most of the reviews but however this was not the case. I have returned the rug and I’m just waiting for my refund. Dont get me started on the delivery time! It took ages to arrive”
