“Very easy process from start to finish. The rug arrived next day as expected and I was able to track the delivery. Unfortunately I ended up requesting a refund because it didn’t quite work in my space and we opted to get a slightly bigger rug. The customer service team was very helpful and the refund process was straightforward. The refund came through the day after the rug was collected. Although I didn’t keep the rug I’d still recommend The Rugs and will buy from them in future.”

“Very good value. Well made and good looking I am very pleased with this outdoor rug. I bought a very cheap one before this which lasted exactly 8 months so thought I’d try spending a bit more and I immediately realised it was the right thing to do. This one is completely different. But I’ve only just got it so watch this space! Although I don’t envisage any problems.”
