“Excellent customer service. I ordered the rug which was delivered the very next day. Quality was good too but unfortunately I had to return it because it didn’t go with the room. Free return was arranged without any hasstle and was collected next day. Refund was issued within 2 days. Overall I am very pleased with the company and I would 100% recommend shopping from them. Thank you.”

“I bought two runners to try & help my elderly dog from slipping on the laminate floors. These rugs are excellent & don't move at all, even when the younger dogs go running across them & they don't lift up when I hoover. I have not tried washing them yet, so unable to comment on that.”

“Overall really lovely rug, bought it to use on our patio. Colour is great I considered it because of the dog - really easy to wash, looks lovely. They only downside is that the edges fold up even that we followed all instructions how to keep the rug flat. I would recommend this rug for a nice outdoor option.”
