“Good quality rug. When unfolded it can have a few creases as it has been folded tightly, however they go away after a few days. Everyone loved the rug 😊 Delivery and packaging were good as well.”

“Don’t buy if you need a washable rug. I bought one for my living room, and was initially very pleased. However I had to wash it after a couple of months as the cat was sick on it (one of the reasons I bought a rug which said it was washable). Despite washing it as per the instructions it has shrunk - so much so it that the underlay (which was smaller than the rug when purchased) now shows on all sides. I tried contacting The Rugs but they haven’t replied. Doesn’t do as advertised, but a nice rug if you don’t want/need a washable one.”
