I was very disappointed in the pricing for some mini pine bark - the cost had gone up so much in a matter of months - from £9.99 to £15.99 and then the delivery also went up unbelieveable. I would really need to rething if I require more of this bark!

Item never arrived £150 wasted. Evri the hopeless still shows as out for delivery. The reception women from suregreen was less than helpful. BEWARE!! Don’t touch these people

Ordered some netting. Still not turned up. Over a week it's been with Evri !!! Phone you guys up a few days ago and the lady said " I will find out and come right back to you ". Nothing. Thanks Suregreen.

I Ordered on 21.3.25 and it needed several chasing emails from me before it arrived on 11.4.25. Evri had apparently sent my order to the wrong depo. Vick of customer care was ineffective and unable to resolve the problem. Katie took over and offered a refund or express delivery which took place within days. She was effective but the overall service was poor. Never again!

placed an order for 4 baskets. only one arrived much later than expected. the delivery driver had no explanation why only one was being dropped off rather than 4 and could not give an answer where the other ones were. still missing 3 baskets and the job is complete with as had to use others onsite. i wont be ordering from Suregreen again and cant recommend them.

The 40 oak sleepers you sent are warped, twisted, the ends are not cut square and the width is supposed to be 100mm but many are 95mm. Wouldn’t recommend your sleepers they aren’t fit for purpose. Photos attached.

Having spoken to suregrren prior to placing my order I was disappointed when the items arrived incorrectly sized. The steel fencing pins are advertised as 1.25m but are somewhat shorter than this (and the many others I have historically purchased from other suppliers). Suregreen are aware of the misdescription and confirmed verbally that they do not stock 1.25m pins. A bundle of 8ft bamboo canes was also ordered but only 5ft lengths were delivered. Combined with a Lengthy wait from order to delivery I am sad to say that it would currently be hard to rate the experience higher than a 2 star. I am hoping that these matters can be rectified promptly to change my view. We will see.

Would give no stars if I could, still waiting a week later no sign of correct delivery three long calls later too many posts no mesh fencing, can’t get through on phone, no reply to emails. Been hanging on for 22 minutes for someone to answer phone. I would advise avoid, avoid avoid.

The product received is not the quality I expected, I ordered 12 gauge however I'm doubtful that 12 gauge was delivered? The product was also delivered bent in places. Delivery service could be better, in terms of eta and the product was left in the yard even though we were at home waiting for the delivery. All in all a very poor show...

Such poor service would never use again. Promised D X 3 day delivery and paid £25for it. Now 6 days and advised DX not had goods. Complete lies as D X tracking shows recieved on 10/2//25 Don't know who is lying but taken my money

great product, but hires the stupidest delivery drivers who dumped the product in a hidden corner in the middle of a road (not where we asked) causing an accident in cars driving into it before we got home. When raised the complaint to suregreen the lady on phone said well its too late now she cant do anything and not taking responsibility

I’ve ordered from them twice and had issues both times The customer service is disappointing poor. On the first occasion I placed and ordered, got details of the delivery window and then heard nothing. On the last day of the expected delivery time I chased the company only to be told that the order had not been placed as the item wasn’t in stock. They claimed to have emailed me, but despite requesting a copy of this email several times it was never received. A person on the phone tries to tell me it was a “preorder” not an actual order, even though it was still on their website and they had sent me confirmation of my order. Second order arrived ontime no chasing required(hurrah). Driver rude and unhelpful and quality was really poor. Contacted the company and got, in my opinion, a glib and patronising response with no effort to help. I’ve spent over £200 on these orders and they treat customers poorly.

Had delivered some decking boards. Not happy with the quality, there were holes and splits, unable to use. Contacted Suregreen and I am awaiting delivery of replacements. This caused me a problem as I had employed a carpenter to build the decking, therefore he lost time on my build which has caused him problems with rearranging his work. I am still waiting for my decking which should have been completed now.

Overall a disappointing experience unfortunately. After ordering oak sleepers for a garden project, knowing they were pre-order we awaited information on their expected arrival in stock and delivery. No information was forthcoming, unless chased by ourselves. The order was finally delivered with no prior notice, despite all contact details having been updated to advise the original order details needed to be updated due to myself being out of the country, so my partner would receive them. These were confirmed by phone and online chat, but clearly not updated to the order number. On delivery, 4 of the 3m sleepers were of so poor quality they were unusable for the project so an exchange was requested, which was arranged, when they came back in stock. The defective sleepers were later collected, after the original delivery was broen down, as the driver is unabe to do this, and following many emails and messages, again at a number I had no access to due to being abroad. The collection driver even commented on the poor quality. It would appear trade receive the better quality products. Communication with Suregreen disappointing, with ourselves having to do a lot of chasing.
