Failed on most important rule. Sell what you have been advertised. Wrong item was send out to me. Absolutely waste of time doing business with Suregreen

Hi i would love to review my order but it hasn't been delivered. I ordered on the 2nd of May over 2 weeks ago. I ring, no reply customer service which never return my calls. They promised to resend my delivery express delivery 4 days ago still waiting. If you want my advise don't waste your money as you won't get the products you have ordered and won't get any help from customer services. If i could i would have given 0 stars

I would not recommend this company. Delivery takes ages to organise. Items not delivered on agreed date. Suregreen admit they have had issues with their courier yet still expect me to pay another fee to have the items delivered at a future date and if I request a refund I am expected to pay another fee to have the items returned. Poor attitude and customer service. Still waiting for a response, refund or goods.

A month of my life wasted - Avoid Awful communication throughout the process, not advised of delays or delivery dates and emails ignored & not called back when promised. Constantly chasing for updates and then products arrived damaged after waiting 3 weeks for them to be delivered and the delivery driver stating the office said they rang you about the damage! To top it all then they took 10 days to refund my money. Went to a local firm ordered identical items received 2 days later with excellent service. Watch out for these "Google" sponsored advertisers.

I am sorry that you have trouble reaching us, we have had many staff sickness's so we have had to limit our phone operating hours and this has caused our delay on the response to emails. We are working through getting back to our customers as quickly as possible. I can see that your email has been replied to this morning, we appreciate that it is taking longer to get back to our customers than usual. When the driver called the office, he would of been calling his office not Suregreen LTD. The courier will pass this information over to us but as above we are behind with our emails. Ordered on 23rd April and today 6th May I get a tracking link to some courier that states they haven't even collected it. This despite constant chasing of Suregreen. Don't use if your project is actually for the current season!

Once your order has arrived at your local depot the courier will call you to book in a suitable delivery date where 2 people are available for the offload. Paid for next day delivery never came kept ringing up said it would come next day rang again said now in warehouse etc this went on for awhile never received my goods,I have no faith in there service so I wouldn’t use or recommend them,I had a terrible service

ordered panels and wasnt told that it would be 2 weeks lead time in fact it was 3 weeks. Then told that 2 people had to be present for delivery with no reasonable delivery window on selected day either.

No help at all when the couriers delivered fence posts to a conpletely different address. Did not respond when I asked for my delivery charge to be refunded.

Bought the windbreak cladding mesh, which despite being battoned to fence posts and tied in at numerous points ripped away. Complained by email and was told looking at the location they are not surprised (it is coastal). However when I bought the product there was nothing to say it couldn’t put up with strong or coastal winds. The plastic is very brittle and especially when the temperatures are low in the winter. I was told I couldn’t get a refund as it hasn’t been returned within 30 days in original condition (obviously now ripped to shreds!) Do not buy this product as a wind break, unless in a sheltered location and therefore you probably don’t need a windbreak!

Dealings with other building companies, kerbside delivery has meant a crane to lift off a lorry onto drive. Sleepers had to be hand lifted off a curtain sided lorry, which is very high. Due to my partners injury we had to cancel the order. When I placed the order online I stated a delivery date almost 2 weeks later but my request was not picked up and the goods went out to the third party for immediate delivery. As the order was then cancelled we had to pay for the goods to be sent back to Suregreen at a cost of 163GBP. So short by that value and no goods!. We won't be ordering from Suregreen again.

Hi Carol, We are sorry for any misunderstanding around the delivery. We do advise on site that timber orders require 2 people to assist with offloading unless otherwise advised. I can see that you received free shipping to your address and that the charges applied are for the fees we are charged by the courier company to have the goods returned back to us. Should an order be cancelled prior to shipping we would not charge any cancellation costs. The box did not contain an earth stake, which was supposed to be included, that is why I ordered this product. I spoke to someone about this and I am still waiting for feedback! I won't wait forever.

I recently purchased some products from Suregreen, it took them over a week to send out for delivery, I then received an email saying the driver had 'Run out of time' to deliver. I spoke to customer services of which they could not give me a straight answer why, I explained that I required the use of the product on the Saturday, this being a Thursday, they could not give me a straight answer when I would receive my items! I then received an email explaining that they have given my product over to an external delivery firm, of which they then could not deliver for 48hrs, so in all it tookover 10 days for me to receive the products. Due to the long delay in not receiving the items before the Saturday, I had to go out and buy the same product elsewhere ready for the Saturday. All in all, not happy with the service one bit.

Customer service is shocking. So disappointed with this company. Not a company that should deal with the public. We tell you how and when we deliver, also if it's not our crane delivery then you are expected to off load with the assistance of the driver. They eventually changed my delivery and sent my delivery via a courier (without consulting me) and expected me to be in and unload the vehicle. When I told them it wasn't possible for me to help with the delivery due to an injury they wanted to charge me for getting the load back from the courier. Their mistake that I am expected to pay for.
