“I substituted an item in my order (which was not ideal) because my preferred choice was indicated as not in stock on the website. After confirming my order I heard nothing further. I called after about 2 weeks to be told that items in the order were out of stock and the order was delayed. Clearly, I need not have amended my original order. The major part of my order was green 2.4m sleepers. In a pile they looked reasonable. When it came to actually use them I was disappointed in the quality and had to be very careful how they were placed to try to minimise the negative aspects. These sleepers were poorly sawn. Ridges where the saw had cut through in two planes, splintered ends from cross cuts, and large splinters, chipped and rough edges which are the most difficult to hide from view when they affect more than one edge. Overall a good price, not the most brilliant service and a disappointing product.”

“I have made several orders from Suregreen in the past 6 months and have been impressed by the service. Fencing supplies have been delivered quickly either by post, courier or by truck. I find the products of good quality and extremely well priced when compared to the high street retailers. I will continue to use Suregreen in the future.”

“This review is also on Trustpilot. Suregreen Ltd. I ordered the wrong type of fencing mesh on line. (I wasn't completely sure of what I needed) I should have spoken to the staff. When I eventually did speak to a member of staff he was very helpful, arranging for the return of my order, and refund. He then helped me with finding what I did need. I regard the customer service that I received (from Liam) as being of the highest standard. Thanks, Suregreen! Guy Holme”

“I bought some closed board fence panels and 3 inch posts. The price was good and much better than the normal DIY stores. The quality of the parts was also very good. One of the best things though was the live tracking data of the delivery truck. you can literally time it to the minute so you don't have to wait around all day. The delivery driver was also pleasant and very accommodating.”
