“As an individual rather than a company, I was able to buy small quantities which a lot of other supplies don't do. Items delivered within the time scale quoted and as described on the website.”

“I would just like to say how impressed I have been with the fast and excellent service you have given me and the quality of the timber posts, gravel boards and welded wire mesh is superb. The delivery was quick and efficient - ordered Thursday, got a text on Friday from local transport company to say they had my goods and when would I like them delivered - Took delivery on the Monday morning - very impressive. Also, your prices are so good - much cheaper to get it all from you and pay for delivery than to get it locally??!! Now busy constructing our major compost area.”

“My order was reasonably priced and arrived promptly. However I have just tried to order the same product again a month later and was very disappointed to find that not only had the product price gone up but so had the delivery price by quite a considerable amount.”

“Having ordered the 2.5 wire mesh,and having been informed of a delivery for the 2nd September, nothing arrived. I was told that the two sheets were delivered, but have yet to been informed further. The builder has now gone onto his next job, and we are still waiting. I have further ordered 4 more sheets, as I'm unable to find another stockist. The patio is in a mess; the other material has arrived, but I don't know if the builder is too return to complete the job. The patio is unusable, and the inclimate weather is against us. Where ate the sheets? Are they is stock or with the courier? I'd hoped a professional and family business would be more informative. I'd like to know the status of the order.”

“Products good , service erratic ranges from very good to terrible. So slow on picking , and even slower to communicate items have been picked and ready for collection. Its like going back 50 years in time , the image you project is at odds with your underlying potential. Seem to have it in your heads that the customer moves at your speed, so wrong , in the real world (this century) its the other way around I am afraid.”

On checking it would seem your order placed the morning of the 25th August, was then collected the same afternoon. We do aim to process our collection orders as quickly as possible, however so long as you know an item is in stock we're happy for you to arrive and collect at your leisure, we'd just recommend contacting us beforehand to avoid any potential wasted journey. “So far my experience of Suregreen Ltd has been terrible and they still haven't resolved the issue. I am fed up of being messed around by Suregreen and its total lack of customer service!! Not at any point during my dealings with them has anyone actually done anything to resolve the issue outside of what best suits Suregreen!!!!”

“First time order. I ordered 2 big bags. Very pleased with quality, lovely fine soil for my lawn. The soil was as good at the bottom of the bag as it was at the top! Very pleased.”
