“Disgusting service! Was originally told Sleepers would be delivered Monday, then it changed to Wednesday then they were finally delivered on Wednesday. 3 precious days holiday wasted when I only get 25 days a year. The office of sure green couldn’t care less, could barely muster an apology. The 46 brown treated sleepers delivered. Half are red treated and half are brown treated.”

Good Afternoon Benjamin, Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry you are unhappy with your delivery experience this time. On review of events, it would seem your order was dispatched from us on the same day your order was placed. The initial delivery date was booked and agreed directly with the courier by yourself. Any subsequent delays from this depot would have been discussed with you by the delivery company directly, I'm afraid we are not always made aware of these updates. I can see however once contact was made with us, your delivery was then made within 48 hours. I am sorry delivery was not made as expected this time, and do hope you appreciate at Suregreen we did all we could to ensure quick dispatch in the hope you would receive your goods when required. Where we are made aware of any deliveries made outside of our quoted 7 working day window, we would normally look to discuss a resolution with you, in some cases goodwill refunds towards your shipping costs, on this occasion as your initial date booked directly with the courier was outside of this, and with in mind you not paying any shipping costs for your order, we weren't able to offer this option this time. “Bamboo trellis received quickly, easy to install, (I used wire on wooden fence and clips to fasten trellis to wire) and looks great. I wanted it 40cm above ground to allow for planters and it reaches the top of 6' fence this way.”

“Good pricing, quick delivery, but wood not suitable for structural purposes. Ordered, amongst other items 4 no. 100x50x3.6m timber sections which I am using to build a log store. The timbers are not structural graded (C16/C24) and it shows. One of them is riddled with knots and in one place you can see daylight through the middle of the timber. I have managed to use for other areas of the job, but if this timber was used as a form of structural support it would surely fail. The timbers were not specified as graded hence probably why the wood was a little more affordable. Probably fine for fencing/ground work.”

“I found Suregreen online whilst searching for wire mesh rolls. I found them to be very competitive on prices on a wide range of products they sell. Correspondence was rapid and clear and products were delivered on time. I will definitely use them again in the future if needed Thanks Suregreen”

“Great quality great price shame the pallet delivery company are not as good as they arrived 3 hrs early then moaned like crazy because I wasn’t there to off load delivery but all in all will use again 👍👍👍”

“Ordered three sleepers, which needed stacking. One arrived substantially bowed. When I complained I was told (rightly) that the website did not do replacements and stated that sleepers might bow. Just be warned if ordering: the amount of distortion in my case ruined the project I was envisaging. Partly my fault, but a clearer warning and better product would have helped”

“I have been looking for softwood sleepers for some tine and there were by far the best price I found. My questions were answered efficiently. The delivery was prompt, and the delivery company were flexible to deliver on my preferred day. Of the 50 sleepers I ordered one had significant damage at one end, but the rest were very straight and cleanly cut.”

“Would have liked to have given 5 stars. But there were issues over delivery, and the initial response from customer services was very poor, pretty much accusing me of lieing when I initially reported that it hadn't been delivered. The parcels got to me a couple of days later. The delivery guy himself explainedvery issue, and I did get an apology... but was disappointed with what I perceived as a 'lack' of customer service. No issues with the products.”

“Very unhappy, sent me a cheap flimsy plastic fencing that would not protect anything. When I tried to return it, they refused because I had opened their own packaging, claiming they could not resell it which is total rubbish. Would never use or recommend this company. Poor product and customer service. Avoid!”

Good Afternoon Thank you for your feedback. On review of your contact with us, it would seem that you had ordered plastic fencing from us via our website, when for your project you required metal wire with a plastic coating. The item received was as expected, just not appropriate for your purpose. These items are tightly wound and sealed in packaging with the manufacturer, and so any that are opened and unwound would not be fit for resale or shipping without being classed as a used item, which we do not provide to our customers.
