“I ordered some timber from Suregreen as their prices were very competitive. However, they seemed to have some problems with delivery and as a consequence the timber did not arrive as quoted. This may have been a one-off situation. But their prices are good.”

“Ordered two pallets of 200x100 sleepers and 10 100x100 posts,suregreen were the best value i could find,the order was delivered promptly with regular updates as to when it would be arriving. Once here I was completely satisfied with the standard of the timber,great service from suregreen will definitely use them again”

“Ordered some fence posts. Nothing complicated. Good price. Terrible delivery service. Standard delivery quoted as 3-7 days. First told order was arriving day 9. Then told that was the earliest possible and the actual delivery date was still to be confirmed. Updated to be told delivery would be with third party courier which should be earlier. Received confirmation email items had been dispatched on day 5. Then on day 7 received email to say items were out of stock and when I said I’d been told they’d been dispatched was told that was a warehousing error. Substitute posts to be provided. On day 15 I queried when the items might be arriving and was told they’d been fast-tracked to a third party courier. Again. Items arrived 16 working days after placing the order. Delivery guy super helpful. 1 post is bowed but I really can’t deal with them again.”
