“The netting was just what I was looking for to keep the butterflies out, One little chappie did manage to get in but he was gently exited unharmed before he could do any damage. Excellent service. Thank you. Well worth visiting again in the future.”

“Very pleased with our purchase of a wire panel. We returned one panel as we did not need it. Contact with Suregreen is easy and accessible, this is a refreshing change. Only one point is the limited wire panel sizes coated in green PVC, which is why 4 stars not five.”

“Never received order due to items being damaged in transit. No fault of Suregreen, however, had to chase, after receiving an email from Courier. Surely the Courier should inform Suregreen & Suregreen should inform the customer. To keep my order through yourselves, as a goodwill gesture the offer of a next-day delivery should have been offered at no cost, the courier should pay for this as they damaged the items. Still awaiting a full refund.”

“Unfortunately, one of the ordered fence panels arrived damaged. However, the panels had been well fixed to some pallets and plastic-wrapped, so the damage was likely in transit. I was impressed with how quickly Suregreen reacted to the problem and refunded the cost of the damaged panel. The panels themselves are quite sturdy and look good in the garden.”
