“Products were mostly good, the 75mm fence posts were warped but useable when cut down to size. Some parts were missing, customer services was very fast and the missing parts were shipped to me the next day.”

“Still waiting over week for refund this company said next day delivery I had to phone them after 3 days to ask were fencing was and when to expect delivery. Was told two days and would all arrive together waited anther today only got part of order. Asked for them to collect and refund me collected in 2 day but over week later still no refund.”

“Great products and a good price but let down by poor logistics and disconnected delivery partners. Bought these online with payment taken immediately, small print said one item was delayed in the confirmation but didn’t expect to wait 2.5weeks until I got a text with a courier company’s phone number.. called them and asked when it was coming but told they had also just been told so another 6 days to wait. Delivery came minus one item (fine, shipping errors happen) but there was no answer to my phone calls and I had to leave it to the courier company to liaise and chase with you. A few extra phone lines, people and a better tracking capability would be money well spent 👍”

“The good bits: I ordered fencing materials from Suregreen because they sold the sizes I required at a good price. The ordering process was quick and easy. The items received appear to be of good quality. The not so good bits: Due to stock issues delivery took longer than expected. This, in itself was not an issue, but I had sent an email specifically stating not to deliver items between 3 and 10 June because there would be no one at home to receive the order. On 2 June I received an email saying the items would be delivered on 3 June but there was no option to reschedule! I tried calling Suregreen, sat in a phone queue for ages but no one answered. I used the call back facility, but no one called back. I sent an email to say no one would be at home and that, if the delivery could not be rescheduled, then to leave the items in the back garden. I received no response. The items were delivered on 3 June. Fortunately the driver put them in the back garden, where that sat for a week! Suregreen, if you read this, please improve your customer communications. It's all very well sending communications out, but you need to have a better way of handling what comes back! Also, provide more notice of the delivery date and provide an option for rescheduling.”

“Had to get a refund as tuffnells failed to deliver on several occasions without any explanation but now know it was because they went into administration, but customer services were helpful and refunded the money with no fuss, and staff were friendly to speak to,”

“Service is very efficient and courteous. Half-round posts and rails were very good quality and stood up to driving into hard ground. Delivery exceptional, tracking system allowed us to see lorry arriving in real-time, delivery by hoist made directly into our garden.”

“The worst company I have ever dealt with ordered fence panels and posts with 7-10 day lead time delivered 4 weeks later with no posts and wrong size panels no contact from supplier it was down to me to do all the chasing once they have your money your on your own.AVOID.”

“Great product at an amazing price .If fitted correctly I think split bamboo screening in my case 4 meters by 2 meters should last many many years .Just a shame about Tuffnells going into administration as the delivery guy lugged all 4 rolls into our garden .I hope his job is safe”
