“The delivery was not scheduled. I got an email to say when the delivery was due after I received the railway sleepers. The delivery (5 sleepers) was put on my doorstep, The bell was rung and then the driver ran into his van and drove off. I just saw the van speed off. Is this what your hands off delivery looks like? Poor. Or maybe the driver was scared in case we werent in and didnt want to re-deliver. Last order from you.”

“If my third order is handled as well as the first two I'll be happy! Great range, fair prices and good quality. Delivery is good too... but a wee bit pricey to Scotland :(”
