“Ordered some railway sleepers - came when they were meant to - delivery guys were brilliant - unloaded the sleepers and put them exactly where I wanted them - brilliant service great quality sleepers.”

“Good service in general from the company. They need to change their delivery company however. I've never had a positive experience with tuffnels. This time they failed to deliver claiming road closure. I even informed them of the diversion. The next time there was no closure but they still claimed closure. Then no delivery as they had damaged the goods and returned to sure green. Suregreen however were very helpful resending the order immediately.”

“Quick service, great product, efficient delivery however on delivery I asked the pallet line delivery driver for the hex head socket he said it was in the box of screws but on opening the box after he had left it couldn't be found. I did e mail you but not heard back yet.”

“Good product, reasonably priced and very efficient and speedy delivery. One small quibble - gabions are supplied in different gauges of wire. What does 10 gauge or 8 gauge actually mean? Which is thicker? It would be far simpler to give the diameter of the wire used.”

“There was a problem with the actual size of the Bamboo screen we purchased compared to that ordered. We contacted Suregreen who responded immediately, investigated and sent out a replacement. Excellent customer service. We are very pleased with the quality and appearance of the screen.”
