“Excellent products and excellent service. Sleepers, gravel boards and various fixings purchased for a variety of garden projects including building a small raised pond. I was pleased with the quality, price and all aspects transaction from order to delivery. I will certainly use again.”

“I had a good service from Surgreen and would have given it 5 stars, however, the delivery company of DHL has let them down the products were picked up on the 18th October, but did not arrive until the 24th October.”

“I needed some mesh sheets as my did kept escaping into next doors garden. I was at my wits end. After trying a few things I saw these and thought, ideal. I ordered some and then realised I might need a few more so rang and added them which was no problem. Delivery was clear and I loved the little van with the route. My only negative was that you could have left them on the front lawn behind the thick hedge not a the gatepost of the drive basically saying- hello come and take my metal away!”

“Ordered four round fence posts and four half round fence rails, all delivered on time. The post were perfect. However was disappointed with the rails. One was warped so much we could not use it and another requires extensive repairs to a split along the edge had to be glued and screwed before it was possible to use a a cross rail. Had to purchase another from a local merchant to finish the job so only 50/50 I am affraid”

“This was my first time using suregreen. Any apprehension was put to rest as the range of products seems extensive the prices are very competitive with the service being fast and efficient. Delivery was quick and the delivery driver very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be using suregreen again in the future.”

“Will not use SureGreen again. I had to wait a month for delivery of my order. I then was expected to offload my order from the lorry that SureGreen employs to deliver their goods. Totally unacceptable”

Hi, I am sorry to hear you're unhappy with the delivery method of your order. We do try and make it as clear as possible before ordering, that for orders outside our immediate delivery area, our selected pallet courier would require 2 people on site to offload the goods. Unfortunately, the majority of our sleepers are just too long and heavy to be manouvered onto a tail lift and cannot always be moved by a pallet truck. This should have all been made clear for you before delivery was made. This is why we ask our courier to call you directly to arrange a mutually suitable delivery date. If you do want to discuss it further however we're happy to speak to you directly if you contact our customer care team.
