“I ordered 2 rolls of 10mtre garden mesh for an exactly 20mtre job but found that I only had 18mtres. (One roll was just 8.5mtres, the other 9.5, which looks like pretty poor quality control). But I've given Suregreen 4 stars because they accepted the problem (after I provided some evidence) and sent me a further roll. So my 4 stars is for their customer service. Product is fine too.”

“Though ordering via internet, it was easy to follow and arrive at the product I selected . And very quickly the driver was at my door, (I have ordered from suregreen many time ) . And without exception the driver has been polite , even engages in a little chat while helping me for placement. Very impressed never been disappointed. Thank you to your drivers , and suregreen yourselves.”

“I recently purchased some products from Suregreen, it took them over a week to send out for delivery, I then received an email saying the driver had 'Run out of time' to deliver. I spoke to customer services of which they could not give me a straight answer why, I explained that I required the use of the product on the Saturday, this being a Thursday, they could not give me a straight answer when I would receive my items! I then received an email explaining that they have given my product over to an external delivery firm, of which they then could not deliver for 48hrs, so in all it tookover 10 days for me to receive the products. Due to the long delay in not receiving the items before the Saturday, I had to go out and buy the same product elsewhere ready for the Saturday. All in all, not happy with the service one bit.”

I have checked back on our notes for your order and can see that we had spoken with you to discuss the quickest form of delivery was to send this with DHL as one of our vehicles wasn't in your area to be able to fulfill the delivery in the time frame given. “Customer service is shocking. So disappointed with this company. Not a company that should deal with the public. We tell you how and when we deliver, also if it's not our crane delivery then you are expected to off load with the assistance of the driver. They eventually changed my delivery and sent my delivery via a courier (without consulting me) and expected me to be in and unload the vehicle. When I told them it wasn't possible for me to help with the delivery due to an injury they wanted to charge me for getting the load back from the courier. Their mistake that I am expected to pay for.”

“Ordered some 150mm x 75mm mini sleepers. The 3.0m length were fine but the 2.4m sleepers were 6" x 3" so you couldn't place them alongside the others without steps. Suregreen explained that all tolerances were +/- 5mm and that differences must be expected. So if you order 75mm x 150mm, one piece could be 70mm x 145mm and another be 80mm x 155mm and that should be considered acceptable! Not impressed.”
