“When making changes to the items in my basket, I found the continual flasing and overlaying of screens very off-putting, almost enough to make me cance my order. In addition, I would have found an earlier indication of the delivery cost helpful.”

“Some strange delivery charges. I also wanted fencing pins but it was an additional £15 on top of the £15 product for delivery. I ordered these via your shop on Amazon instead for significantly less.”

“Very good well laid out and informative website. Easy access to customer service personnel who in the main were most helpful but let down by one person who seemed unable to cope when we rang with a query regarding the delivery of elements of my order.. Five fence posts were lost in transit and had to be reordered. I do not wish to malign Suregreen for something which I feel sure was the responsibility of their carrier and in fairness Iwas refunded part of the carriage charge. However all this took time and an order for which delivery was quoted as three to four days took the best part of three weeks to complete.. This review would have earned four maybe five stars but as I received no confirmation of receipt of order or despatch of the replacement goods it’s three.”

“The service was quite good however the 200x100 sleepers were of indifferent quality. One sleeper had to be replaced, it had a deep gouge for most of it's length. Another 2 had bad splits going right through but I didn't notice until I came to use them and by then it was too late. There were also various paint marks on a few which are difficult to get off. The sleepers were cheaper than other suppliers and after closer inspection I got the impression they may have been seconds. I would say 3 out of the 7 were of acceptable quality.”

“My sleepers are exactly what I needed but the delivery was something else. The first attempt failed by having no equipment on board to offload the sleepers and the driver expecting us to have a forklift at my house! The situation was resolved eventually and the sleepers were unloaded by hand on site.”
