“I chose to do click and collect and thought I'd get a quick torn around. After waiting a few days I emailed to mention this and was informed one item hadn't been in stock but I could now collect my order. On arriving at site the staff were helpful and the lad who loaded order into my car was very cheerful (on a very hot day). I would've given 5 stars if I'd been told an item was temporarily out of stock rather than me having to query why I'd heard nothing.”

“The delivery guy,Scott was very polite and helpful and carried the sleepers through the gate for me which was great given I am in my late seventies. I painted them twice and my son fitted most of them the following weekend. Very pleased with the product and would use again.”

“Great service. Only needed a couple of pales for my picket fence but was treated really well for such a small order. Even though it was 90 miles from us we decided to collect in person and have a day out in Essex. Alice was very friendly and recommended the Picture Pot tea rooms in Finchingfield.”

“I can't fault suregreen in any way shape or form. Ordered sleepers x20 at discount and then realised they were pre order, spoke to a lovely lady in customer services to ask how long it would take to get them. I didn't need them until the end of July as that's when I'd be doing the work. Delivered 6 days later, amazing service, great sleepers, great price and free delivery for 700kg in weight, every where else I looked charged a fortune. Second time I've bought from here and I will be buying again and again. Delivery driver Wayne also a top bloke. Highly recommended 👌”

“Brought a galvanised wire panel to replace a wooden fence panel. This is also good support for the Jasmine plant and gives a little view of the wrap around garden through the wire. Very strong panel, and there are different gauges to choose from. Kept informed of delivery, all in all have no complaints.”

“Delivery driver Kevin was extrememly helpful in assisting with the offloading of the sleepers, fence posts, trellis, and fence panels. The panels are extemely well made and should last a long time. All goods were delivered in one trip. This is the 2nd order from Suregreen I've had and both went smoothly. The delivery tracking webpage was very helpful too. Many thanks.”
