“This is my second purchase from Suregreen for Gabion Stone for a garden project, the first being Gabions and Gabion Stone. Both are good quality and value. The order process is very straightforward with quick delivery times, and real time tracking on delivery day. Delivery Drivers Stevo (1st Delivery) and Simon 2nd Delivery, placed the Bulk bags on my drive exactly where required. I recommend Suregreen for an easy order process and quality products delivered with care.”

“Staff are friendly and kept me informed, but the product (oak sleepers ) not good quality 80% were bent so badly the only way the could be used was to cut and plain them , which for a garden pond was excessive, very disappointed”

“Signed up, opened an account and ordered materials with great delivery date. Good deal and plenty of info on delivery so up until this point 5 stars. Delivery arrived but driver didn’t call or ring on clients doorbell and proceeded to drop the delivery in the wrong location. Call office to try and get materials shifted and got fobbed off by somebody in sales. As a small builder this was my first order but after this experience I will close the account and go elsewhere. What a shame Simon the driver let the whole organisation down at the critical moment. Customer service training due?? Bye!!”

“Wrong item delivered - customer services have apparently sent out replacement correct item, but without any urgency, so over 1 week later than initially expected atm and still not delivered although we have an initial notification from Evri.”
