“Absolutely dreadful. Urgency dictated that I pay for the express delivery. But two emails and repeated phone calls and the goods arrived thirteen days after I placed the order. A refund for the extra I paid for the so-called fast delivery might have been nice. But no. I repeat, absolutely dreadful.”
