“Having ordered the product to be delivered in good time before going on holiday, two days into my holiday the product hasn't been delivered. I complained and received the postage back. I then received an email thanking me for my purchase and asking for a review. There is no way I would recommend this company. I still don't know when or if. I will ever get this product. Phil Evans”

“Good products and prices, but not the most helpful when it comes to service. We wanted to add an item onto our order, but they wouldn’t all it, despite 48hrs before delivery. I have since found a company that supplies Suregreen with their concrete gravel boards locally.”

“I bought GR10 matting and staples. Product is good and delivery is fast. I've not had any problems so I can't comment on customer service but it appears a well oiled machine. I will definitely use them again in the future.”

“Still waiting on my item to be delivered although this is not Suregreen fault suggest if they are charging £8 for delivery to use a different courier as Evri are useless”

“It has been over 8 days and am still waiting on a delivery that was supposed to take 2 days. I contacted Suregreen and they said it was between ne and the courier. Comoany they use. So much for service. Do not purchase anything from them.”
