“Great products, good communication, but let down by delivery. I had two days when I received a delivery time slot, but the order was not delivered and there was nothing to say that the delivery had been cancelled for the day. Finally delivered on the third day, but had the two previous days with time wasted staying in for delivery!”

“Prompt delivery, very pleased with the product and very happy with the customer service, you actually get a reply from a real person. Would definitely purchase from them again. Only niggle was with the courier - Evri - leaving my parcel in the road instead of in a safe place.”

“Good materials and delivered timely. However the delivery team didn’t knock on the door or inform anyone where they left the wood. They just left the timber on the shared drive way and we had to find out ourselves they had delivered it.”
