“Ordered there before Christmas.. Was kept informed re progress of order and told early they wouldn't arrive before Christmas and given option to cancel / refund.. Was happy with updates so continued with order.. Following Christmas got email stating order was ready. I had decided initially to collect however my wife had to go as I did my back in during holiday period. My wife took our van and a friend, upon arrival 2 fellas very helpfully loaded the order for them into our van.. The order was 2 × 150mm sq by 2.4. Metre long solid Oak posts.. They were still "green" so very heavy.. Having them loaded into our van by the staff was a god send. Very happy with wood and service recieved.. Many thanks... Ian”
