“Ordered welded wire panels and wooden posts online, but did not want delivery immediately, so phoned and spoke to a very helpful member of staff and gave her my preferred delivery date which was a Monday. I was advised that they could not promise this date, but they would do their best. On Sunday (24hrs before the preferred day) I received an email confirming my delivery and a link to their excellent tracker. Monday arrived and my order was delivered right on time by a very pleasant chatty driver, who whilst unloading, advised me he did not normally work on the delivery side of the business but was filling in for a regular driver. Excellent service and all with a smile. Good to do business with companies like this.”
