“Thankyou for publishing my original review. I'm puzzled that you also did not include the 3 pictures of my wood, so other potential customers can see the quality of your products ! I opened all 250 photos on this site, but could only find customers pictures that were pleased with their purchases. This does not give future customers a fair representation, and foreworn them to expect a 60% failure rate when calculating quantities for their projects”

“Competitive pricing, easy ordering process and prompt delivery. I have raised a query though as screws and screw bit from my order either weren't delivered or pinched off my drive after delivery. Asked if their carrier could confirm these were delivered but not heard anything back, hence the missing stars.”
