“I’ve purchased three times now from this company over a two year period and the quality and customer service has been excellent every time.”

“Recommended. The plaque is better than it looks online. It is heavy, of solid construction and looks durable. The engraved alphabetical characters are smoothly carved, regular in size and reproduced exactly as was specified on the online design app. The accompanying icon/image is a pleasingly natural pose. The company is prompt and clear in its communications, which conveys the sense that you're dealing with the boss or someone genuinely sincere. There was some problem with the third-party payment mechanism called Strike who delayed proceedings but NEVER said why. Best avoid Strike altogether; just scroll down and use Visa, or one of the alternatives. For those of us who have suffered a bereavement and are still seeking some comfort and contact, this is a very useful facility. Many thanks for your work.”

“As yet I haven't received my order. Having been told it was arriving on the 14th Sept it didn't then while I was away it was delivered but not left, not with a neighbour nor in my porch, but returned to 'Depot'. Only just home so hope it is there. I paid over £5 for a postal service I haven't received.”

Hi Christopher, Every item on our website is given an estimated delivery date, but it is stated that these are not firm guarantees, and can only be estimated due to reasons beyond our control. This item was dispatched by us on the 15th of September, and the tracking for Parcelforce states that delivery attempts were made to you on the 18th, 19th, and 20th of September, leaving them no other option but to leave it at the depot for you to collect when convenient, which I can see that you now have done. In each case, Parcelforce would send you an SMS/email with options, so if you know you're not going to be in then you would be able to nominate a safe place or a neighbour. We have very little control over how Parcelforce chooses to deliver, but we have even less control over customers being able to manage their own deliveries. Granted, we dispatched a little later than we would have liked to - we will hold our hands up and admit fault there. But to rate us 1-star as a company for this is incredibly unfair.
