“Superb 👌 Even if we forget the fantastic product. And we forget the rapid service. And if we also forget the unbelievable speedy communication I recieved when I emailed them at short notice. Even if I don't mention all that, they still get 5 stars for making sure the stuff I wanted writing on my slate was correct..... because I had indeed got it wrong !!!! Everything from start to finish was amazing. If they have the product you're after they definitely have the service you need. I've used them twice and I'll definitely use them again. Faultless”

Hi Paul, Apologies for the delay in this getting to you - we offer the delivery date as an estimate and not a guarantee, so the delivery dates are not firm, and the extra day's delay was due to the fact that we have only just reopened after a month-long hiatus while we moved our workshop premises. I can see from the tracking details that this was dispatched by us on 13/4/23, and ordinarily, this would arrive the next working day. However, I can see that you are an Isle of Wight resident, and therefore you must make extra allowances for delivery - Parcelforce would take an extra working day to deliver, hence the reason that you will receive it today (Monday) after the weekend. With that in mind, to leave us a 1-star review is rather unfair and is damaging to us as a small company. We also have a dedicated Customer Service operator that could have helped you, if you were to have reached out to us. Would you kindly amend your review, please? Kind regards Valley Mill

“I have now purchase two slate memorial stone for our two dogs that have died. I love the quality of the memorial stones and the etching there in. The Dogs died 3 years apart but we were able to buy the same style the second time around. Thank you.”
