“Didn't realize the company was in England when we placed the order. Still, it took a long time to ship. Once in the queue, it arrived fairly quickly. The socks are great and hubby loves them.”

“The socks are very warm however not totally water proof. I brought them because I work with horses out in the wet and cold all day every day. They do keep my feet warm however at the end of a day my feet are still soaking wet”

“The downside is that they do not keep my fingers warm, like my mittens. And despite the measure your hand recommendation, it is tricky to judge by the Sealskinz products I already own, because in Women's I'm a medium and Unisex I'm a small. So I opted for small - are they too tight? - I don't think so but they are very stiff. Let's hope they soften with use and once they do, keep my fingers warmer.”

“I ordered the Griston waterproof gloves on the sale talk of them being totally waterproof, unfortunately this was not the case, I wore them in a down pour, and the inside of the gloves were soaking wet, sent back for refund immediately. Only sealskin items I have to be ever waterproof is there socks.”

“Really happy with the process of buying and returning the product, but really disappointed with the actual product which was advertised as good for cold weather cycling but my fingers were incredibly numb after one use!”

“The gloves showed up great and all good. The fingers are short and slightly tight so they dont fit quite right. I tried several kinds of gloves on in an outlet and the XL was fine in all accounts. so these dont quite fit right but will pass them as they are close enough.”

“I have thought of buying the Sealskinz heated gloves for a while but the price was too steep for me, when they offered them with a good discount I decided to buy. They looked good when they arrived and everything needed was in the package. That's the good bit. It was now time to use them (after fully chargeing the batteries). I bought XL as my hand circumference is 10, they were very tight and had to work at it to get them on. Whilst out on my cold morning walk they kept my hands warm using the 2nd setting. At halfway I stopped for a little rest and removed my gloves. That was a really bad decision, if it was difficult at the start it was now a major feat getting my hands back in the gloves. Damp hands and the inner material don't mix. This is disappointing as the heating system is really good, the choice of inner material needs to be revisited and whoever measures the finished gloves needs extra training.”
