“Delivery just took too long. Had an email the day after purchase from shipping saying they were delivering item and then nothing for 10 days. No way to track the order as when it asked for postcode only have numbers as an option and could not enter letters. To be honest I thought I was being scammed. If you are paying a premium price for a product, the shipping has to be of a good standard and this was terrible. Overall the product I bought was great, I will not buy from them again because their shipping is so poor.”

“I originally bought a size medium gloves for my partner (she doest have big hands!) They were too small, so ordered the large. These too are rather small, though finger length is fine. As a waterproof winter gloves I would expect them to be more roomy to allow ease of getting on and off, and to allow for decent circulation. This is not criticism of the gloves themselves, just of the sizing, which is far too small.”

“Average, not great. I would neither fault nor praise Customer Service for my mediocre experience. No one checked where my gloves were, no one said, here’s what we are noticing this week in terms of delivery time, here’s what we’d like to do but can’t—so very sorry, here’s what we’d like to offer for your trouble, what happened—have they arrived. Nuthing. And putting forth an AI Customer Service person was mad. And it made me really mad. So for someone who loves Cycling! Loves giving gifts! Love Cycling gear! It was amazing how short you came up. I will say the gloves are terrific. My lasting impression is lukewarm; otherwise, I would have ordered them for myself at this point normally, but you left me on a bad note.”

“I have bought a number of Caps from Sealskinz and highly rate them, however my last purchase was a waterproof beanie. Wow; whoever designed it must have modelled the design on 'Humpty Dumpty'. Once I put it on there was about six inches above my head. I did not risk going outside in case I hit a low flying aeroplane. Do the designers not try these things first. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing anymore of this design but I like the idea of a waterproof Beanie. The search continues........”

“the sizes are too small compared to Canadian or US sizes. your XL equals a medium or at most a large. too big ok, too smal does not fit. Jim.”

“In general I like the Sealskinz products but there have been some let downs and costly ones at that. The Witton gloves are excellent but the Stanfield socks truly miss the mark and are no warmer than regular wool socks. The fact I can't return items as Sealskinz does not have a warehouse in Canada is frustrating indeed.”

“Very warm gloves and lovely quality generally, however I wouldn’t say they’re waterproof. We went out on a very wet walk and our hands were drenched half way through the walk. Also when you take your hands out it takes the inner lining with it which can make putting them back on a little frustrating.”

“These gloves do keep my hands pretty warm, but the fingers are an inch too long. This makes them difficult to use. Even when you just loomat them, they appear abnormally long”

“Ordered these gloves a few months ago. They did take several weeks to arrive which surprised me. Gloves are very nice, true fit and well made. However they are not a cold weather glove and I think this should have been made clearer on website. They’re greater for milder climates and seem hard wearing.”

“I ordered two pairs of gloves but received only one. At least the stolen pair was the cheaper one. You need to pack them more securely to prevent theft. Gloves itself are excellent. Order EU14923”

“Gloves are well made but not really that warm. I tried them on a 30 degree day while deer hunting. I had to go back to my wool gloves after a hour. The XL runs small. The gloves might be warmer if the were not so tight.”

“My Diss waterproof hat is ok, but the one size fits all could be better. The first puff of wind and it was off. Luckily i retrieved it and have now tied an improvised chin strap, so I don't lose it. At the price I doubt I would buy another.”

“The quality of the gloves is great, leather is very nice and feels great. The fit not so much. The gloves fit perfect around the palm but the fingers are too long, reducing the dexterity when handling things.”
